I found a few good ratings for this company online and thought I could trust them to take my wife and young son on the 90 min trip from the Boston airport to Brewster, where they are based. Over several emails and a phone call they received all the information they needed for two trips and assured me we were all set for their arrival.
But when my family arrived, there was no one there to meet them. They were stuck in a blazing parking lot for an hour and a half while I tried to reach someone from the company to find out what was going on. I didn't hear back for over six hours. I got an apology but no explanation or concern whether my family had arrived safely. A business like this makes its reputation on reliability and they completely failed. I feel very lucky that some drivers from other companies took pity on my wife and were kind enough to call around to find a company with a driver available to take them.
I understand that sometimes things happen but there is simply no excuse for abandoning a customer with no warning, with no one available to answer the phone or an email and make it right. I would warn anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.
