James came recommended to me from another hearing specialist in the retail business who felt that I would get a better deal in a neighborhood where I live and work. I had been diagnosed by an EMT and after seeing an audiologists I was referred to Hearing Masters and James.
I went in to see him, and he tested me quite thoroughly. He gave me recommendations about different kinds of hearing instruments at different price levels. I tried out different hearing instruments and selected one that felt comfortable and had the features I was looking for.
Hearing Masters gives you 30 days to try everything out, and if it doesn't work James will put you into something else. I ended up staying with the one I originally selected, and I have been wearing it now for 2 or 3 years.
Whenever I have issues with it not working right or needing an adjustment to make it fit better, James has always been very responsive. He has taken excellent care of me. I would recommend him very highly to anyone.
