MY BEATUTICAN WAS ON VACATION WHEN I NEEDED MY HAIR WASHED...SO I CALLED REGIS TO SET AN APPOINTMENT. THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE CALL WAS GOING TO TAKE ME, UNTIL I ASKED HER IF THEY PROCESSED ALL HAIR TYPES. SHE SEEMED TO BECOME IRRITATED AND STARTED RECOMMENDING THAT MAYBE I SEE ANOTHER BEAUTICIAN (WHO HAPPENED TO BE A NEW EMPLOYEE AND MAYBE JUST OUT OF BEAUTY SCHOOL) IM LIKE WHATEVER, I JUST WANTED TO GET THE WORK DONE. WHEN AT THE FRONT TO PAY, THE LADY FROM THE PHONE WAS ALL UP IN MY FACE BEING SARCASTIC - SAYING STUFF LIKE ""OH YOUR HAIR LOOKED NICE WHEN YOU CAME IN"" ""OH IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER BEFORE"" ETC...SHE WAS JUST STARING AT MY HAIR AND AT ME.
