Review content:
This is the worse cleaners on earth! I send everything to the cleaners. When I moved I wanted to try the closes cleaners to me and Big B Cleaners was the one I went to. Before I sent my very costly RL bedset to them I should have reviewed them. That part was my mistake. When I got it back all of the cotton on the inside was pushed down so I called them when I got off the phone I noticed a rip in the blanket. So I called back they told me the could sew it up and that is all they could do for me. The owner was very rude and said he sould not even do that because it is costing him money to do an extra service so I should be happy. He said giving back my $39 for the cleaning was not going to happen. Then he went on talking about how he do not trust NO one. The man was a little crazy and VERY unprofessional. Also, he lied about having a A+ with the BBB then he said he had an A- but he is not even a member of the BBB! Please don't give this place your business!!!!!
