Response to terrichadney: For the record: I was leaving the gym at the same time you were and since I seldom see you or Jay I wanted to voice my concerns over the condition of the equipment. Since I'm a current 15 year member (never missing a payment) I thought you might be concerned and understanding. Instead you were just the opposite, offering up excuses and stating that members exaggerate how long equipment is out of service. You continued walking to your car the entire time and since I was parked three cars down from yours I walked along. I stand by all of what I've said. I usually put up with alot before I complain. I've complained maybe 3 times to Jay about equipment issues and once about his childish and condescending letter to the club members when you had the fire in the sauna. I've complained 3 or 4 times to front desk personnel about the same equipment issues that have fallen on deaf ears. What you perceive as an angry, negative, disgruntled and constantly complaining member is really anything but. Not only am I speaking for myself but for a vast majority of long standing members. Grow up! Take responsiblity and be professional. As a member I appreciate your business being here but I do expect a good product in return.
