Can you even give ""no stars""!? This place is terrible! My mom and I had been here a few times and I was VERY reluctant to get anything done here (as I have a place I LOVE near me. I go every Sunday after church and get at least a mani, so I know the drill) but I felt like a jerk watching as my poor mother got a mani/pedi. Unfortunately I cracked and got a manicure because I saw a color I liked. Sadly, I paid $12 ($15 w/ tip, have never paid over $10 for a manicure) and what i got was a whole lot of bitching about my nails being too short and a pi$$ poor shalack job. My 5 year old niece would have done a better job and I wouldve had a better conversation!! I like to keep my nails short, as stated before I get them done every week, because I do a lot with my hands and broken nails HURT alot! She didnt even take ALL of my old polish off, which was a darker color just like the one I was putting on! When the color strayed, she did not even attempt to correct it (even after I asked her to) and there was so much polish on my nails afterwards it took 45 MINUTES under the fan/light thingy to halfway dry it. The technicians own hands and nails were dirty and unkempt with what looked like a halfway finished gel job. I didnt want to be rude, espcially because my mom was enjoying herself, but I was so embarrassed I took the polish off as soon as I got home. NEVER again!!
