Unfortunately, we spent quite a bit of money with these guys. They sold us a Double Din Kenwood Touch Screen Head unit for $935 plus $150 for installation. I found out later that was a huge mark-up when I could have bought it for $600. Sadly, at the time we weren't much experienced with audio equipment and the other places to purchase from. We later purchased a RE amplifier from Audio Lab. After it was hooked up correctly, I could hear this whining noise coming from the speakers that I was told was coming from my alternator. I took it back to West Coast Audio Sound to get a diagnosis of the problem since they installed the Head Unit. After they looked at it, they told me my whole car needed to be re-wired for $250 and that whoever hooked it up did a terrible job. I proceeded to tell them that they were the ones who installed it and offered proof. Disgusted at this point, I went to Audio Lab in Lake Forrest and after a $40 dollar diagnosis, they told me that the outputs on the back of my $900 head unit that I purchased from West Coast Auto Sound were faulty and had to of come that way or broken at the time of installation by them. I now have to buy another Head Unit. I highly suggest that you check out another Audio shop and not give these guys your business. The owner is very rude and does not stand behind his work. I have since then talked to many people who have used them and were also unhappy with their work. I would not be surprised if the positive remarks on here are put on here by them. Just google their name and you will see.
