hmmm....Where do I begin??...Horrible service, awful rude staff, uncleanliness, cluttered, no hospitality, dated salon along with equipment, TERRIBLE hair, messy establishment, absolutely no manners, the staff critiques client's hair instead of offering suggestions or alternatives to maintain your hair. messy hair stations covered with dust, no discretion when it comes to gossiping, completely unprofessional in every sense of the word... I would never recommend this hair salon to anyone I know. I went in for a haircut and updo. From the very moment I set foot in that "hair salon" I was not pleased. I am an easy going woman with no extravagant requests or opulent ideas when it comes to hair. I simply wanted good service with great attention to me and my hair and have the peace of mind that my hard earned money was going to be worth me spending on my hair. I was completely and utterly disturbed. I will contact the Owner "Jacqui" very soon and speak to her myself and give her a verbal review of her horrid salon.
