This was one of my best "consumer" experiences. My garage door and opener are 24 years old. The old door has that warped "smile" and I expected it would need to be replaced sooner than later. However, we are having other improvements & repairs made presently, so when my door opener expired recently, I just wanted someone to come, examine, advise and, generally, tell me the truth about what I needed and how much it would cost. Jim, the owner of Cornerstone, did just that. He said that my door probably could survive another 2-3 years, but that I needed a new opener. It was refreshing to hear the opposite of what expected. He and Henri came out two days later and installed the new door opener to my great satisfaction. They did other work that I didn't expect and everything works perfectly. I can attest to the exceptionally high quality of this company. The price was very reasonable and, when I need that new door, I know who to call...
