Review content:
Great location in downtown Jacksonville. I was only here for a short time due to a late check-in, but the room was great. Large, comfortable, and clean. The service was lacking a bit though, I was first told I could have a late check-out then I was almost booted out of the hotel 30 minutes after checkout time. This goes without saying that the wake-up call I ordered never came. I can overlook these things and would stay here again. They were just minor issues that were handled once I went down to the front desk. But it is a clean hotel with nice location.
