Review content:
The Optometrist is so sweet and knowledgeable, however his staff are rude and don't even acknowledge you when you come in. It gave me a real bad feeling and should have walked before I decided to get an exam. Eventhough the doctor is great... his staff specially his manager and wife Stephanie make it not worthwhile going there. They are rude, dussrepectful and really unhelpful. Stephanie is the worst just because she is the wife she feels she can talk to you anyway she wants. I left their office very frustrated and pissed and I wish I had a way of telling the optometrist how his wife treats the customers. I got the prescription for reading glasses and left to get them from another place. Not going there again. Probably one of the worst experiences I had. Rene the optometrist deserves a better wife and staff. I bet they get the rudeness through his wife. Beware and don't go there!
