WE LIVE IN SOUTHERN INDIANA, NEAR THE KENTUCKY STATE LINE. MY SON HAD SOME BUSINESS UP NEAR CHICAGO. HE PASSED AWAY THE DAY AFTER HE LEFT INDIANA. RIGHT AWAY I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM MY SITUATION. OUR SON ASKED TO BE CREMATED JUST DAYS BEFORE HIS DEATH. SUDDEN DEATH BROUGHT US IN CONTACT WITH THE COOK COUNTY MEDICAL EXAMINERS OFFICE, WHICH WALLY AND EDWIN, BROUGHT OUR SON THERE TILL WE WERE ABLE TO DRIVE UP TO CHICAGO AND SEE HIM BEFORE HE WAS TO BE CREMATED. WE RETURNED TO INDIANA THE SAME NIGHT. BEING OLD AND ILL THE TRIP WAS VERY HARD ON US. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALOT OF OUR PAPER WORK THROUGH PHONE CALLS AND FAXES. WE'RE HOME WAITING NOW FOR OUR SON'S ASHES TO ARRIVE FED X! HE SAVED US FROM MAKING 2 EXTRA TRIPS AND ALOT OF MONEY WHICH WE DON'T HAVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM , THE PRICES FOR THEIR SERVICES ALSO CAN NOT BE BEAT!
