I went to Hanza after a terrible experience at a different salon. At the previous salon, the hairstylist not only didn't do what I asked, but made a complete mess of my hair! It was streaky, rusty, and just bad. Hanza was so nice, not phony at all, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. He did a great job of fixing the mistakes, and discussed with me what he could and could not do so that my hair wasn't overprocessed (from just having it done a week prior).
I was also able to speak with other stylists, and my impression is that you really can't go wrong. Plus, the fact that they're willing to refund your money if you're not completely satisfied says to me that they really care about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients. I really can't recommend this salon enough. I'm confident if you try it out, you'll leave satisfied. I can't wait to go back!
