I've been working with Tim Kelley for over six years now. After many years of chronic neck problems and accompanying migraines, Tim has worked with me to get them under control. The term "deep tissue" takes on a whole new meaning when working with Tim, but it's what I need to get my chronic poor posture realigned. My neck problems and migraines are much better.
He's also been a great life coach and convinced me to get the proper nutrition and exercise-- resulting in a 30 pound weight loss, plusI'm starting a Pilates program to correct my posture. Tim is one of the most caring people I've ever met, in addition to being probably the most talented, skilled and knowledgeable massage therapists I've ever worked with over the years.
You can't go wrong with Tim, but be prepared to work hard and listen to what he says.
