Responsive and willing to deal with an owner that can be demanding at times. Cindy has been exceptional in dealing with a difficult tenant. Most importantly she has been decisive and responsive at all times, to which I appreciate. I have placed my trust in her ability to manage my property, in managing me as an owner and most importantly, managing the tenant.
