“Dont call a Tiger...Call a JOSE!”

This review is for: Twin City Taxi
My husband and I never ever call that other auburn taxi company here in auburn since we started using Twin City last year, but today Jose became more than just a taxt service but a friend when he went above and beyond to make me feel safe after my tire blew out and nobody NOBOBY wanted to help me and my husband was out of town. Needless to say i called him at 7:30 crying and he switched his schedule around, told me not to worry one bit and was there in 15 minutes. Did i add that I wasn't directly in his service range? And he was extremely busy i know because he was switching around his schedule and calling and making other customers feel taken care of while I was in the cab. he then offered to come back and get me after i called AAA and took me back to my vehicle--car was towed and being worked in within an hour and he charged me half of what Tiger Taxi would have....thank you Jose...for going above and beyond the call of duty. Plus he is from New York (i think) and his accent is fun..teehee...Merry Christmas Was this review
