Businiess name:  Jimmy John's

Whatever happened to the days when you could just buy only what you want and non of the up-sells (cheap and over-priced sides) you don't. However, the manager at the Bee Cave location (at least, I think he was a manager on the register who covers Monday evening shifts) seems to have fallen asleep during lessons about customer service. Obviously, he profiles customers to see whether they'll be buying chips and drinks or just a sandwich. I imagine the former will have a higher likelihood to tip. The latter, probably less. Bottom line, as a business owner in a service industry, I know the difference between ignorance versus intentional poor service. I think he managed both quite well during the process of ordering and checking out. I feel sorry for the owner of this Jimmy John's since the aforementioned employee will eventually move on to another minimum wage job but the restaurant will have to live with poor customer ratings until service is drastically improved. Good luck!------P.S. I'm a pretty tolerant person when it comes to poor service but I had to write about this one. Pros: Okay sandwich Cons: Worst manager at the register
