The customer service at this location is lacking to say the least. From the management to the sales reps, not a one of them have any clue as to what it means to be customer friendly. I mean geez, this is the most common sense thing in the world to know, be nice, be polite, be helpful, more sales! EVERY TIME I have been to the Cedar Hill location, its a horrible experience, I love Marshall's, great deals, nice things (for the most part) but I dread going to this place because of the staff. If you can avoid this store, do. Its worth the drive to another one in the metroplex to at least feel somewhat appreciated for spending your hard earned money in their store, helping keep them employed and this economy get out of the mess its in now.
