Review content:
I purchased my Christmas tree from them on Dec. 4th, I picked out a noble fir and paid just over $50. I took home my beautiful tree and watered it faithfully every day. On December 19th I woke up to a weird smell in the house, I sniffed out the source and discovered it was coming from my Christmas tree. Now it's 2 days later and the tree is visibly dying and smells even worse. I will have to throw out my tree before Christmas even gets here. I talked to them on the phone and they said that a few trees do this every year but they can't do anything to fix it. I asked for a partial refund or a credit for a tree next year and they said no. I will have to take the loss of my $50 and have no tree for Santa to place the presents under. The whole reason I went to Tony's Grove was because I thought their trees would last, I thought for sure at least until Christmas. Next year I will save my money and buy my tree from a cheaper tree lot. I am very disappointed and feel that I was ripped off. Thank you Tony's Grove for spoiling my Christmas morning.
