We love this local beach,its much closer then driving to Ocean City,MD. Call ahead for reservations for one of the pavilions,we like the one closest to the beach and have a family barbeque every year there. There are 2 playgrounds for the kids,a small beach,trees,a pond,and plenty of parking.Its a nominal fee to enter the park per person and they do have senior discounts. Need to getaway for the afternoon,try this out. Just make sure we're not in drought that summer,the seaweed gets fragrant when the water level is down!
