Carolina Raptor Center is dedicated to environmental education and the conservation of birds of prey through public education, the rehabilitation of injured, and orphaned raptors and research. They take in injured bird to rehabilitate them and if possible release them back into the wild. It's an outdoor facility most of it located in the woods with nature trails. It's a great place to see birds up close and to learn about what they eat, where and how they live. They offer tours and everyday they have shows. They also have a very large eagle enclosure where you can sit and watch them all interact.
