If you live in or near Sunnyvale, CA and want really fresh food that is dependable, relatively inexpensive, fresh, and always served with love, go the Country Gourmet at the intersection of Fremont and Mary.
I've been going there for years and have never had a bad meal or a bad experience. If you are looking for a place to have Saturday or Sunday brunch, look no further. They serve brunch until 2 pm on both days and their French toast is yummy!
They have salads galore and specials everyday to tempt you and keep you coming back. They are just celebrating their 20th year in business and after a visit of two you will definitely know why.
They do serve wine and beer if you want that, and I love their iced tea.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
