the return policy is clearly stated on the reciept and for every purchase you sign the reciept below the policy. also during the holiday season you have from the begining of december until the end to return items purchsed for the holiday so unless you purchased it in november or came back in January to return you would not of had an issue so its clear as to what your situation really was.
