I came into Honda of Bellevue knowing exactly what I wanted (Honda Accord SE). I test drove the vehicle with their MSFT/Internet salesman and all seemed well.
He quoted me a fair price to start out with for the car. However, he proceeded to add on $300+ of mandatory options that I didn't want. Sort of takes the "option" out of optional. He kept trying to talk over me and dismissed everything I said. I made it clear to him this upset me but he dismissed it, saying 'everyone wants these options.' I never knew wheel moldings were so popular...
The kicker is that he refused to appraise my trade-in unless I signed paperwork committing to buy the car from him. What a joke! I've never heard of such a thing from any dealership.
You may have better luck with a different salesman, but it's my opinion that you should avoid this place like the plague. I was treated a lot better at each of the area dealerships I visited, so I don't think my standards are particularly high.
