Do NOT do business with this company. This is my third year using their "services" and it will be the last! They promise service times that they never keep, and every bathroom plumbing issue seems to end up in the toilet needing to be rebuilt. In each previous case the fix ended being a $4.00 gasket vs. the almost $200.00 they quoted for a rebuild. Employees are incentivized to upcharge due to their profit sharing.
They replaced my water heater PRV 2 years ago and told me today that I need to have it replaced (again), but now with an expansion tank...and oh yes, my third toilet needs rebuilding. NOT! They were scheduled to be her today between 12:00 & 2:00. I;ve called every hour since 2:00 only to be told I would be the next call. It's now almost 6:00 PM....and no service technician! I don't know how they maintain a BBB A+ rating ($$$$).
