Our first female car sales woman. She was great and now hubby is convinced that men make the best waiters, and women make the best car sales people. She really was great, no pressure to buy, and we love our new Kia Sedona Van. The process was a bit long as it is at other places. This is something that could be improved, and we would go back. But with our warranty we won't need a new vehicle for a long time.
The actually signing of papers was one of the fastest we've ever experiences!
