Antique Ames is one of the hottest antique store in Ames, but be prepared to de-fatten your wallet. Located on the edge of the Main Street district, this is a business you can't miss. Around every corner of this maze of unique decor and vintage treasures, you'll find something to spark your interest. I thought many of the items were overpriced but occasionally you can find a booth that is having a 20% off sale. You'll love this antique haven a place for collectors, browsers and decorators alike. There are bathrooms on location and occasionally you can find a jar filled with candy for you to sample-just be careful it’s not antique!
