One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car repair shop. Owner Jerry was the rudest person to me over the phone and in person. I took my kid's vehicle in (for the second time) for a diagnostic review. He treated me like I should know as much as him, and was put out to have to spend more than 2 minutes on the phone to explain his findings. When I came to pay, it was after hours - but his door was open and his "open" sign was still on - I reached out my hand to pass over a check ("ready to accept a payment?"), Jerry grunted at me (no words), looked disgusted at me, took my check, tossed it on his counter and closed the door in my face. Jerry must have more business than he has time for. The other posts seem to feel they get good repairs, but if you go to Jerry's, expect to be treated like a worthless nobody. If you think traditional customer service is a valuable part of the car repair experience - DO NOT GO TO JERRY'S! I will never go back and will steer everyone I can away from this terrible person. more
