If they had regular store hours, they would totally get a five. The reason for the lack of regular store hours, is that they are primarily a mail order business. One of the largest suppliers of rare plants in the world, their selection online is unbeatable, though there is not much at the store. I wouldn't recommend them to the novice gardener, as many of their plants are rare for a reason (hard to grow), or require alot space and tropical conditions.
