I am completely amazed that Circuit City has remained in business for as long as it has in our area. First off, unlike a lot of larger cities, Erie residents demand service. Circuit City never gives it. Their employees are generally young kids with little to no knowledge about the product lines. Once in a while you can come across someone who has some knowledge but they're few and far between. The service desk forgets the word SERVICE in front of DESK and truly ignores customers while they stand there waiting.
The prices aren't anything exceptional, especially not when WalMart and Best Buy are right down the street!
I'm not really sure what has kept them in business for as long as they have been but whatever it is, I'm not getting it!
