Second Hand Rose is one of several high end clothing consignment shops on the east side of Rochester. I would put this shop at the bottom of the list. They do not have the variety of merchandise that some of the other shops have, and some of their clothing, even designer, is a bit tired. The latest owner of the shop is not very friendly, and the shop is organized the same as it was several years ago. It is not freshened up and things moved around for greater interest.
