Leaves clothes with a chemical smell that lingers for days. My sweaters were stretched out of shape and items do not feel clean.
On top of that, they had told me that my clothes would be ready the next day by 4. I went at 4:30 the next day and they were not ready. They asked me to come back in an hour. I did, and they were still not ready. I had to return the next day. I received no apology.
