I was quoted over the phone for a piece of furniture that I wanted to order. I told the lady at Efird's that it would be a month before I was ready to place the order but wanted a quote. I went into the store less than a month later to order and pay for the furniture. I was told by the manager that a mistake was made and it would be 200.00 more (she said I must have heard the quote wrong). She also said that a quote was only good for a few days, Nothing was said to me about a quote only being good for a few days on the phone. The manager was so hateful and not willing to meet me half way. I drove an hour to get to this store from my home. I left the store and went home and ordered the furniture online for what the original quote was!! Do your homework. Online is better! I will be calling BBB!
