So this particular Barnes and Noble offers the same great selection and great titles as every other store......however this location lacks the friendliness and cleanliness found in other stores. The bathrooms are quite dated and rarely cleaned. The staff if outright unfriendly and quite unconcerned with the quality of service. The staff consistently appears unhappy and wishing they were anywhere else.
Also- No cafe....bummer
