Oasis has great bubble (boba) tea. There's a huge variety of flavors listed on the menu board. The cafe is open late, too, sometimes until 1a on weekends. The people working there are friendly and make great drinks. The strawberry slush with lychee coconut jelly is likely my favorite drink. It's cheap, too: only $2.75 plus tax. It's conveniently across from Uwajimaya on the Kinokuniya bookstore side.
