I've brought my car to Rohrich twice now and each time been satisfied with the service. The first time I went, my car had been hit by a loose tire shred on the highway. They gave me a good estimate and completed the work quickly. The back bumper repair could've been better though. I brought it in another time for a broken window regulator (common on VWs apparently). Again, service was done quickly. They wash the outside of the car after each servicing, which is always nice. If only they'd vacuum the inside for me too!
