I travel quite often for leisure. I have had the opportunity to fly on US Airways several times for domestic trips. I can say, with all honesty, that I have never had a problem with this airline. My flights have always been on time. My luggage has always arrived with me at my final destination. The flight crews are always friendly. I'd recommend this airline to anyone.

Sports Chalet in Redlands has a wide variety of sporting goods. I have made many purchases there since moving to the area. Their sports equipment varies from lower end to top of the line. The variety of clothes is also very good and they keep brand names like hollister and roxy in stock. Their shoe selection is ok, but they are somewhat overpriced. Customer service is very friendly and I've never had a problem with returns.

I have taken dance classes at D & D dance center for a while now. The studio is very nice and spacious. The instructor that I have worked with is very professional and is truly a master of dance. She is well informed in the history of the dance and can always answer any question. Prices are very reasonable. My one complaint is there are no mirrors. I have never been in a dance center without mirrors. This makes correcting your moves difficult when you cannot see what you look like while you are dancing. All in all, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to learn a new type of dance or continue in a dance program.

Blockbuster Video is a great place to find movies. They have a huge supply. The popular movies are always out on the shelf before the actual release date, which is great. The staff at our local blockbuster is always very friendly and goes out of their way to help you. They also have a great selection of previously watched dvd’s and video games on sale at reduced prices.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the customer service reps for Mexicana Airline in March of 2006. I would like to preface this post by saying that I travel quite often for pleasure. I’ve flown on many international carriers and I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service.
I was originally scheduled to depart to Mexico in November of 2005 when hurricane Wilma hit. I was given information that I had until 1 month after my original departure date to get a refund of the tickets. The customer service representative specifically told me it did not matter how the tickets were paid for as long as I personally brought them to the sales office, they could not refund over the phone. OK, no problem. I drive the hour to the sales office just to be told the names on the ticket do not match the credit card info, and they cannot refund the tickets. I am pretty upset at this point. I explain what the customer service rep told me. The woman in sales apologized and sent me on my way, without my refund. Two hours in the car for nothing.
Keep in mind this is over one thousand dollars in airfare that they will not refund. I call back customer service they tell me I have until Dec. 1, not Dec 15th (like they originally told me) to refund the tickets. I explain how I tried, they now tell me the same thing as the sales department. I explained that I had spoken to a different rep. who did not give me this information. They apologize and tell me that the credit card holder (my parents) must go to the sales office to get the refund. I inform my parents who live 6 hours away from the nearest Mexicana sales office in NYC. My mother calls customer service they tell her that I should be able to refund over the phone. I try this, again I’m told no. At this point I’ve spoken to 5 different people all giving me a different story. I speak to a supervisor who gives me more false information!!! When I called him back to tell him he gave me incorrect information he told me I was not being honest!!!! WHAT?! I was sick of dealing with this company.
FINALLY, I was able to get in touch with someone at the sales office who knew exactly what she was doing and was able to take care of everything. She refunded my flight, over the phone and eventually rebooked my flight. This woman was one of 7 I dealt with who actually gave me accurate information. The other six people, including the supervisor, all gave me six different (and incorrect) answers. I’m glad to say my flight was fine, though delayed on the way back due to chaos at the check-in counter in Mexico. I will NEVER, EVER, fly on this airline again.

United Airlines is my air carrier of choice whenever I fly. Although they do not serve food, like they used to, the crew is always very happy and willing to help. Of course, I’ve been delayed, my baggage has been lost, but eventually, if you travel enough, it will happen to everyone. For the most part the airline does go out of their way to help their patrons have the very best trip they can possibly have while soaring 35,000 above the earth.

I LOVE this store!!!! Cost Plus World Market has such a huge variety of items available. I’ve purchased many things from yoga mats to food here. This is an import store which specializes in home good from the Far East. Most of the food is imported from Europe. They have the largest selection of Cadbury Chocolates I have seen outside of England. The staff is very friendly and the merchandise is of high quality.

Bed, Bath, and Beyond is a wonderful store. I was registered here for my wedding shower. I was able to find everything I needed from bedding to kitchen appliances. The staff was very helpful. I chose to register at this store because of their return policy. Any item I received off my registry could be returned for cash without a receipt. This was very helpful considering my wedding shower was held over 3,000 miles away from my home.

Clark's is a fantastic place to buy groceries. They have a wide variety of fresh, organic produce. The store carries many brands of vegetarian foods including frozen and fresh. Clark's carries a variety of different types of natural cleaning supplies. They also have an enormous selection of vitamins, minerals, and supplements. They sell their own brand, which is a little less expensive than name brand vitamins. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

I have often bought donuts from the donut hole. Their donuts are very reasonably priced and often times much less busy then larger chains like dunkin donuts. I was always very happy with the service I received at the donut hole, until one day. After getting home I found a thumb tack mixed in with the sprinkles on top of one of my donuts. Being very concerned I brought it back to the store. They did not seem concerned at all that a someone could have swallowed the tack. They apologized. That was the end of my donut hole day.
