2 words describe this place "rip off"I had my sons psp repaired there 3 times for the same thing, went to retrieve it with in the time allotment with tickets and it was lost,they gave us nothing, month later it was for sale.We knew it was his because of the decal it had on it no one else ever had it as it was gift from Fender Guitar Co, they swore it wasnt ours called PD and we were asked to leave the store and not return even tho we had pictures of it but not the serial number , BEWARE
