I first visited Dr. McConnell 2 years ago at the recommendation of a friend. To start with, they make you pre-pay for your visit, without having done any work. Secondly, his "cavity detector" is a lazy man's tool that is not accurate. An incredibly long story short, after a visit with another dentist I learned that Dr. McConnell diagnosed me with 4 cavities that were not even there, and damaged my teeth in the process of "fixing" them. His "staff" or wives were incredibly rude to me, and unprofessional. I was once asked by a physician how many positive reviews it would take to outweigh a negative review about a Dr. I hope that all the positive reviews in the world do not make you waste your time, money, and teeth at this practice. The reviews below are not real anyway, his staff are the only people that call him "Dr. Mac" and Paula works for him, so I am sure she got her veneers for free.
