Very pushy and flaky service 8/7/2005

I would say BEST BUY has a lot of electronics in stock. TVs, DVD players, video games, and DVDs. However, when you need someone to help you, they are never around. Sometimes the lines are long because the employees have a "I don't give a damn attitude" In the past, they have never really cared if you bought an extended warranty, now they are downright pushy. I know a lot about computers and it is sad that some guy tried to sell me one and he had no clue what he was saying. To say that this computer is better because it has hyperthreading technology? I say do your homework on the internet before stepping in this store. at times, you cannot trust their advice. if you are buying an alarm for $189 with free installation, beware! There are many options that you will want and it can cost up to $400. more
