Dr. Keller is a wonderful dentist, don't get me wrong. Unfortunately I'm one of those "emergency" patients who only goes to the dentist when it's absolutely necessary, and she doesn't do much beyond basic dental care. Routine check-ups, cleanings, cavities, an extraction or two (though she has a dentist on staff who only does those, she doesn't herself), but anything more and she'll refer you elsewhere. I prefer a dentist who will do everything from cleaning to root canal ... if you do, too, then Dr. Keller isn't the one for you.
Also, her office calculates your payment amount depending upon your insurance, and you're expected to pay that up front at the time of the visit. No billing for this dentist.
