They give really fast response to any call. The great thing with these people is that they do not lie to you. If something is broken and they cannot fix it within the day, they tell you about it, so you could plan ahead on whether to call up a friend and ask if you could stay there. Very different from the previous company I had who said it can easily be done and we went for three days without air conditioning and it was in the middle of summer!
