Poor customer service and expensive. Showed up 4 hours late with no phone call the first day and then this individual said he didn't have the skills to make the repair. So scheduled again for the next day. Late again so far for two hours. Not sure when they will show up, call, or even fix the problem. Thought they had a good reputation, but my personal experience with them was frustrating and disappointing. Won't be using them again and I have two bathrooms and a kitchen that I will be remodeling. Their loss because my house is a money pit.
