We used Belmont Carpets Woodfloor-Tile for the first time, and Gene was just amazing! He was very helpful, and he was there when we needed him. He guided us with our choices, and he came through. We got floors from them, and we're getting carpet from them next week!
The construction guys who did the installation did a very good job. Rick was the supervisor, and Drake and Dan were with him. They were very polite, and very efficient. We were very pleased! We had a small issue with the floor, but I've already discussed it with Gene. I'm sure he will follow up.
The quality of the floors is great! It looks better than we thought it would look. It really is more beautiful than we pictured!
