We had Kenny's Tile refinish our hardwood floors in December 2012 and we were very disappointed with their work. We had to leave the house for several days while they did the work and returned home to a mess. There were oily rags in our sink and none of the taping had been removed. The sanders had discolored the tiling by one of our fireplaces. Their employee Ryan explained that it just happens sometimes. Very unprofessional and sloppy work. My wife and I left four separate messages for the assistant manager Brad. He did not return any of our calls. We will never again use Kenny's Tile.
