so it took forever to get comcast where i live the customer service center didnt even know we had their service here finall we reached a corporate person who took care of us for one year at a discounted rate then the sent us a letter telling us they are discontinuing service hereby dec 31 2011 not even a month later they send us another letter telling us they are upgrading the services here to digital and we were not losing our cable. then we had problems with it and had to have a tech come out but the never showed or called. they credited our account but then turned our service off without notice on jan 5 2012 our last bill said they owed us 34.84 we called to try to get it turned on and they gave us such a hard time even the supervisors wouldnt listen to us and we got lied to. then they zero'd out our account and refuse to send us the 34.84. we called corporate and got lied to they refused to let us speak to they supervisors and when i called back i got hung up on. they lie and steal. they have the worst customer service of all the cable compaines and i would never reccomend them to anyone i am still in the process of filing a complaint and i have even filled with the better business burero(cant spell srry) . i recomend u to Never use comcast even if there is nothing else. just get netflix if u have internet comcast is not worth the hassle or frustration i cant say this nearly enough just dont do it.
