I called the other day to get pricing and landed in a Comcast call center in PAKISTAN! I don't do business with companies who employ people in the country who just sentenced the doctor who helped us get Osama bin Laden to 33 years in prison. Comcast employes our foreign enemies vs American workers. more

so it took forever to get comcast where i live the customer service center didnt even know we had their service here finall we reached a corporate person who took care of us for one year at a discounted rate then the sent us a letter telling us they are discontinuing service hereby dec 31 2011 not even a month later they send us another letter telling us they are upgrading the services here to digital and we were not losing our cable. then we had problems with it and had to have a tech come out but the never showed or called. they credited our account but then turned our service off without notice on jan 5 2012 our last bill said they owed us 34.84 we called to try to get it turned on and they gave us such a hard time even the supervisors wouldnt listen to us and we got lied to. then they zero'd out our account and refuse to send us the 34.84. we called corporate and got lied to they refused to let us speak to they supervisors and when i called back i got hung up on. they lie and steal. they have the worst customer service of all the cable compaines and i would never reccomend them to anyone i am still in the process of filing a complaint and i have even filled with the better business burero(cant spell srry) . i recomend u to Never use comcast even if there is nothing else. just get netflix if u have internet comcast is not worth the hassle or frustration i cant say this nearly enough just dont do it. more

They have been calling my cell number at eight in the morning and then eight at night about a previously cancelled account. I have talked with managers on many occasions about this account. I recently purchased a business and they would not let me cancel their service because my name was not on the account. I went with qwest business instead. My name is not the signer on the account nor the business. Never was. The account was in the name of the previous owner,as his personal account not the business. It was less expensive for the previous owner to put it in his name. They wanted to charge more for a business account so I went with qwest. I also have Comcast DSL and tv at home. I will cancel the DSL asap and go with qwest on that account also. when I find time. I will have to keep the cable tv because I am in a high rise downtown and no satellite available. Robo phone calls on my cell phone is unacceptable about someone else's bill. LOL, I think I may file a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of State, but first I will call Verizon and pay to block the 800 number from calling my cell number. Rot in hell Comcrap. more

STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST 10/23/2010

I star is way too many for this company. I didn't even get service yet and experiencing so many problems which just made me want to forget about them and go with a different provider. They told me they would call 15 minutes before they came to the house to install the cable and gave me three different time slots - so the day of the installation schedule I had no idea when they were coming. I woke up at 8am and walked accross the street to get a coffee, by the time I got back comcast was there and gone. I called them back and they told me it's my fault for leaving the house. I tried to explain my situation and they said well if I didn't leave this would never have happened. I was so furious I demanded to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor asked me if I just wanted to cancel. What kind of business is this? When they have a problem they just ask to cancel you? They don't care at all about their customers, so I'm going to a company where I can at least be valued and at least get service. I shouldn't have to fight so much to pay money to a company. more

Wrong Account - Now Being Harassed 4/7/2010

I am now being harassed by Comcast for being past due (I receive an automated message every day from comcast asking ME to call them) because they have mixed up my account number with another person with a similar name and cannot seem to sort it out. I have paid what I owe to them, yet I am still harassed. I have cancelled my comcast and have gone with direct tv who so far seem very helpful. I do not recommend comcast. There have been too many problems and no-one seems to know how to fix it. One person in finance told me not to worry about the bills I receive for another person, yet they keep harassing me. Do not use Comcast for TV or Internet services! First, they overbilled me $100 for services that I did not order. They refused to give me my money back (on my credit card or in the form of a check) and would only credit my account for this amount. Second, they intentionally do not log in your equipment returns so this can be very costly if you do not save your receipts!! And finally, they have THE worst customer service ... It's been 3 months and I'm still waitin for the $100 in services that they overbilled me and I'm still waiting for the $100 that they owe me for my personal modem (purchased through Comcast) that I had to return in order to shut down my services with Comcast. Their records indicated that they modem that I bought for $100 through Comcast was their equipment. Beware of this company and if you do chose their service (because you have no other option in Denver) - keep all of your recipts and check your bill monthly to make sure they aren't overbilling you!!!! more

Wow where to begin. Instalation was a goose chase. Then they accidently tripple charged me the lump sum $347.80 I called several times every one I spoke to was very nice and appologized for the mistake. I would get off the phone and nothing would get fixed my checking account is still in the negative it's been 2 weeks. I had a guys extension # so he could further assist me and he will not return my calls. I don't know why I was never rude to anyone on the phone. I am frustrated big time. poo on you comcast cable. I'm broke because of you. more
