I have to agree that the place really loses a lot of points because it doesn't give you the warm fuzzy feeling of a spa... it's not overly welcoming (sometimes there's NO ONE there to welcome you). Not sure if the other location is better. I'm sure I'll be back to Lexington location at least once or twice more... but only if Patrick is there...
