These are so-called ""property managers"" who supposedly handled paying our rent to our out-of-town-landlord as well as providing maintenance services on the garden and house. For 3.5 years, they did one repair and put in a rear deck that is the worst job I or anyone has ever seen. The deck sags in the middle and is getting worse, they used inferior materials (fake wood), improper screws that now pop out regularly and did not secure it to the house. The railings were all cut unevenly and are bowed and falling apart by the day. And its getting worse. We continue to pay for this horrible ""deck,"" (as part of our rent) which needs to be taken out and replaced and re-built with real wood by a real pro carpenter. Not only did they provide no services for their share of our rent every month, they also sent our on-time first of the month rent check to the landlord 2-3 weeks late every month to add more stress and threatened to evict us, even though we paid every month along with the late fee when it applied. Beware. These people are not professional by any standard and a criminal complaint should be filed.
