Ask the people at Georgetown Landing. Georgetown Bay, other subdivisions he's involved with. Find out how many projects he's been foreclosed on. He is a TERRIBLE developer and builder. Builds crap. He is as evil & corrupt as they come. He will try to sell you things he doesn't even own. Do your homework.
